Shipping Info

SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA:
All orders are shipped via Australia Post and include a tracking number for your convenience. In general, deliveries within Melbourne arrive overnight* and deliveries to nearby cities within 2-3 working days*.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
International orders are shipped using Australia Post's international service, with the package being passed to the domestic mail delivery service in the destination country before delivery to the customer. Delivery times will vary depending on delivery destination, and may also be subject to import taxes. All orders include a tracking number for your convenience.

Shipping to New Zealand:
In general, deliveries to New Zealand will arrive within 10-20 working days* from the date parcels are shipped.

Shipping to US & Canada:
In general, deliveries to the US and Canada will arrive within 21-28 working days* from the date parcels are shipped.

Shipping to the rest of the world:
We'll be in contact to confirm the shipping times for purchases made from the rest of the world. Depending on your location, parcels may be expected to arrive between 21-30 working days*.

*Please bear in mind that many items are currently taking longer than usual to arrive.

Return Policy

In the unlikely event of an emergency (AKA a faulty Vinyl), please get in contact in order to claim a refund or exchange.

If you are unable to play a Digital Music file due to a fault in the data, please get in contact and we will send you a new, working data file, or issue a full refund.

All other sales are final.
